Common connection problems
If messages are not sending or arriving, check: 1) The channel shows "Connected" status on the setup page. 2) Your phone number is verified (WABA). 3) Templates are approved and within the 24-hour window. 4) The workspace has the correct channel connected. Check Message Logs for delivery status and error details.
