Start automations with Incoming Message (any customer message), Keyword Match (specific words or phrases), Webhook (programmatic trigger via API), Campaign Reply (response to a broadcast), or Schedule (run at specific times). Each trigger can be filtered by channel platform (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).
